At Doggystyle, we strive to ensure that your pets receive the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of pet food and consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product was delivered damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The package is tampered with during transit.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Refunds
Once the claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Opened food products
- Products consumed by pets
- Orders placed incorrectly by customers
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
